Local dealers are welcome to visit our refinery and watch while we weigh, melt and assay your material on our certified and calibrated assay equipment. You will receive immediate full payment for “hard scrap.“ Sweeps & polishings require more time.
If you are mailing your material to the refinery, please provide your contact number and we will call you when your package is received. We will verify the weight and current market prices and contact you with the assay results and the value the same day it is received. Full payment will be on its way immediately via check, ACH or wire.
We recommend using Registered Insured US mail from the USPS or FedEx. Please make sure to double wrap your material. The inside packaging should have your name, address, and phone number before placing it in the USPS Or FedEx box. Please seal the box with tape on all seams. Registered packages must have paper tape.
Doral has met all of the requirements of the Patriot Act including the implementation of an anti-money laundering (AML) program. The Patriot Act states that we must use our best efforts to deter money laundering, financing terrorism and any other illegal activity. As part of this program, we are obligated to know the identity of our customers and the source of their material. Doral must have on hand a completed AML form from all licensed dealers. The information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential.
