If you are not able to visit the refinery, we recommend using FedEx or registered Insured US mail (can we insert their logos here?). To ensure that your parcel arrives at Doral safely, please use the following guidelines.
Print our packing slip(a link to printable packing slip here?) or write your name, address, and phone number separately and include it in your package.
Pack your material securely in a box, freezer bag or secure envelope. Insert the package and contact information in the FedEx box or USPS box making sure to include enough packing materials (like bubble wrap or newspaper) so the contents will not move.
Seal the box and tape any seams. Registered mail requires the use of paper tape and not plastic tape.
